This playlist will get you hyped up and ready to start your work-out routine. From lifting weights, to something to jam to in the car, Get Sweaty is the perfect mood booster. If you have a premium account on Spotify, it is preferred that you don’t shuffle this playlist, as the songs were designed to help you work-out with cool down with warm up periods. However, it can also be a great playlist to shuffle during the everyday hustle and bustle.

1. Black Panther – Kendrick Lamar

This track helps keep you focused with a steady beat akin to a heartbeat. It gives you the inspiration to maintain concentration by transporting you into the world of the song. This would be exceptionally great for lifting weights, it’s not too fast pace, but a nice steady one keeping you motivated and at ease. | O’Niel Blair

2. Slide (feat. Frank Ocean & Migos) – Calvin Harris

This song never fails to put me in a feel-good mood. It helps me stay motivated to power through one more set on days where I feel like giving up and going home. | Olivia Morris

3. Revolution (feat. Faustix & Imanos and Kai) – Diplo

It has a steady catchy beat in the beginning of the song that I always like to listen to when I’m on the elliptical or doing anything cardio related. The beat encourages me to go faster, to work-out harder, without feeling I’m at a loss of breath. It’s also just a great song to listen in the morning for your daily commute. | Sanzana Syed

4. Pursuit – Gesaffelstein

I listen to this song while lifting weights in the gym because it’s hard and fast and helps me stay focused on the next rep. | Brett McGarry

5. Bugatti (feat. Future, Rick Ross) – Ace Hood

This is one of my favorites to work out to, especially for cardio. It gets me pumping at literally any time of day. | Aleema Ali

6. Work B**ch – Britney Spears

This song is all about motivating and encouraging people to put in the hard work in order to achieve their goals no matter what their goals may be. The lyrics may come off as simple and meaningless, but with the fast-paced beat and message, it’s definitely meant for hyping people up and telling them that they need to earn what they want in life rather than doing nothing about it. I like to listen to it when I’m in a rut and need motivation. | Julie Arounlasy

7. Electric Body (feat. ScHoolboy Q) – A$AP Rocky

This track is great for weight-lifting because it’s one pace, kind of for a more intermediate level. | Aleema Ali

8. GDFR (feat. Sage The Gemini & Lookas) – Flo Rida

This song overall makes me want to move and amps me up. It is a song I can listen to doing absolutely anything. I listen to it while driving, while cleaning, while working out and love when sports venues play this during warm ups or in between periods. There is just something about the beat that makes me get excited. | Ryann Kahler

9. Goodbye, Dear Sorrows – Momoiro Clover Z

I love driving with this song. But also, I love the rhythm and rock style music of this Japanese song. These songs have some indirect messages like, ‘‘you never give up everything’’, and romantic relationships. I always listen to music to get motivation and want to feel my country. Even though not many can understand this song, the beat pumps me up. | Chihiro Miya

10. We Like To Party – Showtek

When I first heard this song, I really loved the rhythm and the heavy bass to the song. It’s a song I like listening to while I’m on my commute home, creating a livelier atmosphere and something that keeps me in a good mood. I also like putting on the song as background noise while I get ready for school and work. | Unknown

11. Hacker – Death Grips

Again, another song I like listening to while weight lifting. Another great song to keep me focused for reps. | Brett McGarry

12. Champions – Ron Artest

It’s a song that I listen to when in the game atmosphere. Preparing myself for a hockey game or basketball game, whatever it may be at that time. It gets you in the right mind set and puts you in the mood to get you focused on the goal moving forward. It also helps motivate and amp me up before a game. This is also a great gym tune to play while working out. It just has the right beat and the lyrics are also powerful for any athlete. | Ryann Kahler

13. Everytime We Touch – Cascada

A classic from the early 2000’s with a Euro beat that makes you want to dance and move around. The lyrics and beat are infectious right away and are sure to keep you motivated while getting a work out in. This song is particularly great when doing a circuit work out because of all the moving around at a fast pace. | O’Niel Blair

14. Tonight – Kis-My-Ft2

This is Chihiro Miya’s second song pick. However, it will only pop up sometimes; only if you have the song in your local files. It’s also not a listed Spotify song.

15. Born This Way – Lady Gaga

I like listening to this song with friends when we just wanna have a good time and while I’m working out. The song is about loving and accepting yourself for who you truly are, flaws and all. It’s really encouraging and the message is really important. | Julie Arounlasy

16. I Come Prepared (feat. Damian Marley) – K’NAAN

I listen to this while jogging to work. It’s easy to listen to, and gets me psyched. | Unknown

17. Broken Clocks – SZA

This song is the epitome of independence and growth, which makes for a great confidence booster at the gym. If you can leave a song on repeat for the duration of your warm up and workout, you know it’s worth listening to. | Olivia Morris
